Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not issue a refund or resend the order as we are not to be held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party. Once the order has been shipped you will get an email with a tracking number and a link.

How long is shipping? 
Some items can be shipped as soon as the same day. However, shipping can also be up to 10 days due to COVID-19. 

Return / Exchange policy
Unfortunately, at the time Jazzy Waisted is not processing refunds for the health and safety of our clients. Please reach out to us for help with sizing if you are unsure.

Jazzy Waisted is only permitted to issue refunds if the company is at fault. There are absolutely NO refunds.
